The worksite needs to meet the following basic requirements:
a) Ambient temperature between -40ºC~40ºC;
b) Relative humidity less than 95%(35ºC);
c) Site elevation not higher than 3500m;
d) For outdoor installation, simple rain shelter is required.
Wide Scope of Usage for Coal Gas Generator
There are 3 types of coal gas generators: coke oven gas generator, coal producer gas generator and semi-coke gas generator.
Coal gas has many different types, such as coke oven gas, coal producers gas, semi-coke gas, water coal gas, oil coal gas, blast-furnace gas and cracking coal gas, etc.
Coke Oven Gas
The producing method is as below
Raw coal is crushed and washed, after that, different coal will be mixed together with different ratio and put into the furnace, then it will produce coal gas and coal tar in the condition of high temperature and airfree.
Main Composition of Coke Oven Gas
CO(2%-3%), H2(50%-60%), CH4(22%-26%), CO2(2.2%), O2(0.4%-0.6%), N2(2.3%)

There are 2 types of Coal Gas: Coal Producer Gas and Water Coal Gas
The producing method of Coal Producer Gas:
After lighting the coal, a great large amount of CO is produced with incomplete combustion by limiting air in the bottom of furnace. The main content are CO2, CO and N2
The producing method of Water Coal Gas:
After lighting the coal, make coal burn completely by blowing enough air from the bottom of furnace, then stop blower and inject water vapor from the bottom and top of furnace. A great amount of H2 and CO are produced when the water vapor combines with hot coal, and then it forms water coal gas when mixing with N2 in the air and the left water vapor
Semi-coke Gas
Semi-coke is made from smokeless coal in low temperature and dry distillation klin, its techniology is similar to coal gas gasifier, just the output product is different with different temperature. In the producing process of semi-coke, a great amount of exhaust gas is produced, its main content is CO. About 600-700m³ semi-coke gas is produced from 1T semi-coke in low temperature and dry distillation klin, and the heat value is about 1900kcal, which meets the requirement for generating electric power.

CO(6-8%), H2(21%), CH4(13%), CO2(8-12%), O2(0.8-1.2%), N2(46-52%) H2S(0.4-0.8%)
