Warrantees:
One year or 1000 running hours which comes first from genset delivery date.
Payment terms:
30% down payment by T/T in advance, 70% balance by T/T before delivery.
Commissioning:
Customer needs to cover technicians' round flying tickets, accommodation, food, local transportation and necessary communication costs (eg. Internet access, mobile phone)
Installation and commission of the genset would be instructed assisted by Lvhuan technicians, the charge would be 50 USD/person/day.
Operator training:
Operator training would be conducted by Lvhuan technicians during the process of commissioning or Factory training course in China, customer needs to cover round flying ticket, hotel cost, food, transportation in China.
Packing & shipping:
1) Genset would be covered with plastic film cover (dust-proof purpose only);
2) Control panel, batteries, electric cables are packed with plywood boxes or cartons;
3) Exhaust pipes, engine mufflers are put in the container without packing.
