Laboratory X-Ray Fluorescence Element Analyzer

Product Description

Laboratory X-Ray Fluorescence Element Analyzer

Elemental Analyzer is ideally suited for very fast qualitative elemental analysis. Typically all elements from sodium through to uranium can be detected simultaneously, with good quality spectra obtained in seconds/minutes.
Band assignment for an Single Channel Analyzer spectrum is usually easy, since each element peak occurs at a known fixed position - however, overlapping bands can cause confusion, but modern software will take this into account for peak labeling.
Similarly, certain artifact peaks may be present in the spectrum, including scattered characteristic lines from the X-Ray Element Analyzer Generator, peaks caused by X-ray diffraction, and sum/escape peaks. Knowledge of these is necessary to avoid incorrect interpretation of results.
In general, concentrations from 100% down to sub-ppm are detectable with Multi-Channel Element Analyzer, the lower limit depending on the particular instrument configuration.
Quantitative Analysis
Element Analyzer is a quantitative technique – the peak height for any element is directly related to the concentration of that element within the sampling volume. However, care must be taken, because two or more elements can interact with each other, resulting in skewed results. For example, chlorine atoms strongly absorb fluorescent X-rays (Ka) from lead – thus, if chlorine is present, the observed lead signal will be much less intense than expected for a particular concentration.
Quantitative analysis is usually carried out using two main methods, both of which are usually fully incorporated within typical instrument software.

Copper Testing Method

Principle of Analysis
XRF is used to analyze the element content in the material by using the X-ray fluorescence analysis technique and using the method of energy dispersion.

Product Features

♢ Real time: on-line real-time detection, and fast analysis results are given.
♢ Representativeness: the measuring device is well circulated and mixed evenly. The results of the measurement accurately reflect the real situation of the pulp.
♢ Adaptability: Measurements are not affected by site factors such as concentration, particle size, gas bubbles, velocity, delamination, etc. Using the normal temperature semiconductor detector, it does not need liquid nitrogen refrigeration and can work at normal temperature. The X-ray tube is used, and the radioactive source is not used.
♢ A new type of nuclear electronic technology and nuclear energy spectrum analysis technology have been developed to perform comprehensive analysis of complex energy spectrum and eliminate mutual interference between different elements.
♢ The working status is stable, the analysis accuracy is high, the reliability is strong, the operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the software interface is friendly and humanized.
